This is the second time we’ve used them in cleaning our solar collectors and they’ve done a wonderful job cleaning off all the dust and junk blown onto our roof over the last few weeks. OCR has installed a new roof and new gutters for us recently. Its owner Christian and project manager Jimmy have been very professional and courteous. Christian has worked very hard with the insurance and adjusters to get the insurance coverage for our roof replacement due to hail damages. The crew was so efficient and professional and got the job done so beautifully and cleaned our property thoroughly at the end. These guys are top tier guys. Professional from start to finish, worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered, I never even paid more than my deductible. Any time I had any questions or anything they promptly took care of any concerns I had. And the roof looks great!! Christian is the man.
We educated ourselves on the important features of installing a roof and we narrowed down our search to four companies. OCR rose to the top on price, quality and liaise with our insurance company. Christian and Jim made an outstanding presentation and recommended needed improvements and proper guttering. They even provided a higher category shingle with outstanding warranty. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process and are highly recommended! Five stars!!
Outdoor Creations recently replaced our roof, and helped with the other hail damage items. Jake and Danny are great folks, very helpful throughout the process. We also had them build a pavilion by our pool. It looks amazing and we are looking forward to using it next summer. I very seldom write reviews, but Outdoor Creations is a great company that really takes the time to help you through the process. I would and have referred them to many of my neighbors and friends in OKC. If you are looking for a great roofing company that can just take care of all your issues, no need to look any further. Charles Satterwhite-We had our roof put on our house today. The crew was very polite. They finished the job in a timely manner. I walked around the grounds looking for nails, shingles, etc but there was not one piece of trash anywhere! Very impressive. Jake thoroughly explained our roof choices, colors and cost. Since were were victims of the recent tornado, we really appreciated his patience and kindness through this process. This entire group were absolutely top notch professionals and we would recommend them to anyone!

Wanted to take a minute to say I would recommend Outdoor Creations of Oklahoma for any roofing needs you might have. Danny and Jake were effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. Every time I go outside and look at my new roof, I’m glad I used Outdoor Creations. Good job!

Jake Nicks and Outdoor Creations did a wonderful job on our pergola and patio. They started with a blank backyard and turned it into a beautiful oasis. The firepit is gorgeous, as is the entire structure. We had to have a patio poured as well and it's so pretty. They even reused some of the historic brick from the way past its' prime old brick paver patio. Jake was easy to work with as well, and he gave us confidence he would do what he said.
A nurse coworker told me about outdoor creations. I called them regarding our 17 y/o original roof needing replaced. I can not compliment this company enough! The whole process went as smooth as ice! Jake, Dave, and the rest of his crew were amazing! Dave was so polite. Bending over backwards to make me happy! We are currently living in two homes and i was not able to keep an eye on the workers as much as I’d liked. However! it wasn’t a problem at all!!!!!!!!! They were very expedient with their estimate, helped with my insurance co. And began work within a couple weeks! And they were done in about 2 days! Roof looks amazing! They helped make it afforadable , considering my current situation. They just go above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I'm a property manager in Tulsa. A coworker referred Jake with Outdoor Creations to do some work for us. We have been very impressed with his work. We have two roofs that have had leaks for almost 5 years that multiple roofing company's were called out to fix and were unsuccessful. Jake and his crew came out on a Saturday found the leak and repaired it. He has also done other work for us and is very quick and thorough. We will definantly continuing using him at our property.

I can't say how happy I am with Jake, Jason and Outdoor Creations. From top to bottom Outdoor Creations has been completely professional and most helpful! My first insurance claim was denied, but with their help and input, I was able to not only get my roof replaced, but gutters, too. They did my roof in two days --complete tear-off and replace and it's a big/steep roof! It looks fantastic, the communication has been phenomenal and the end result is a much better roof than I had when I built the home to begin with. I have told everyone who would listen how pleased i am. They even worked out a deal for solar powered roof vents. As far as I am concerned, Outdoor Creations is only company to deal with when it comes to roofs--I highly recommend them!!

Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. Jake explained the process of removing my old roof and replacing it with new materials. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even contacted my insurance adjuster to ensure they cover me for wind damage from past storms. I feel so much better now that my home has a fresh and beautiful new roof. The crew was amazing! My yard looks like they were never there. They worked so hard to complete my roof in under two days. I am very impressed by the final product of their efforts. Outdoor Creations really helped us out in our time of need after we recieved storm damage to our roof, windows, and interior of our house. It was great dealing with a one contractor that could do all of the work. They went over and above making sure we were happy along each step of the process. I was a little hesitant to hire a company not located in my City but Jake and his crews were always here when they said they would be. They are very professional and I am glad I made the decision to us them.
Can't say enough about OCR! Our roof looks great and our experience with this company was wonderful! Jake knows his stuff and his crew finished the job in two and a half days. They cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was finished we had quality shingles and they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were here. We also appreciated that OCR, Jake or Jason, was here on the roof with our insurance claims guy, that right there really made a difference. Would recommend this company to anyone!

I am the on site manager at Benchmark Condominiums a privately owned 200 unit condominium property and sister property of Delaware Crossing Condominiums. I just started using Outdoor Creations this year after observing the outstanding work his company did on the pool deck at Delaware Crossing last year. He has done some roof and interior repairs so far and we have been very pleased. He is currently working on our pool deck installing new drains and replacing concrete to correct drainage issues and replacing the kool deck for the entire pool area before the 2016 pool season. He is also scheduled to replace sidewalks and install a French drain on the property this spring. We are very impressed with Jake and the work his company has done at our property and our sister property and look forward to a long working relationship with him at the Benchmark property. We met Christian and the OCR team at the Home and Garden show in January. After coming out to inspect our roof they found hail damage on our roof and worked with our Insurance Carrier to not only put on a new roof but upgraded our shingles at no extra cost. Also they were able to get the Insurance to pay for new Decking since it was a necessary code upgrade.

If you're reading reviews because you need a roof repaired/replaced and feel overwhelmed with companies to choose from stop right now and USE OCR Roofing. After talking to 4 different roofing companies and trying to select from a bunch of choices I realized Christian with OCR Roofing gave me the best presentation, answered my questions clearly and talked the least and let the product and services sell itself. Christian kept me informed through the entire process. Frank who works with OCR met with my adjuster and my adjuster was so impressed he's using OCR Roofing to do his roof. This is an adjuster who does this 4-5 times a week in Oklahoma for a very large insurance company that has MANY customers. After meeting the rest of the team on the first day of work it just got better. It was like a parade of trucks took over the street and everyone was so pleasant and the weather was 20 degrees. We have used them for a roof replacement previously about 6 years ago. We called them out to add a patio cover. While starting construction they discovered hail damage on the roof on our new house. They did an excellent job on both the patio cover and the roof replacement. The Simmons!

Christian and crew at OCR roofing and solar completely exceeded our expectations when installing our new roof. They found us the perfect shingle made out of used tires in our ideal color and turned out a roof anyone would be thrilled with. After the storm of July 2023, they called me to set up an appointment to see if I had any roof damage. They came back and said my roof was fine. A lot of companies would have made up stuff just to get business. I very much appreciated that they are an honest company. I might use them in the future if I really do get some damage.
